People get busted for drugs all the time after doing stupid things like driving a car with no license plates. Like they say, there's a reason they call it dope.  Still, you'd figure that her father's run-ins with authorities for illegal substances over the years would have made Theodaora Richards smart enough not to do something as bone-headed as what police claim she did Tuesday night (3/1).  The daughter of the Rolling Stones guitarist was popped by New York City cops after they say she was observed painting graffiti on a building.  The 25 year-old model was charged with painting T (Heart) A on a SoHo building.  Police say she told them the letters were for her and her sister, Alexandara.  Her minor predicament got a little more complicated when police say they found marijuana on her when they confiscated the paint marker.
