Eagles guitarist Joe Walsh has offered to counsel Australian government officials on effective ways to counter alcohol and drug use Down Under.  Walsh, who cleaned himself up after a tour of New Zealand and Australia in 1994, told the Herald Sun, 'I'd love to speak to leaders and politicians in Melbourne, and around Australia, about addiction.'  The Eagles have four concerts in Australia booked during December.
