Lawyer leading Zeppelin case suspended

The lead lawyer in the case copyright against Led Zeppelin over Stairway To Heaven lost the case (story) and has also lost his right to practice law in a Phildelphia court for 3 months and a day due to misconduct during a similar trial suing Usher for the song Bad Girl. The 3rd Circuit Court in Philadelphia upheld the suspension handed down to Francis Malofiy after the defendant in the Usher case claimed Malofiy misrepresented his role in the case by leading him to believe he was just a witness.  The court ruled that put the lyracist in an adersarial position with Malofiy.  The attorney maintains he advised William Guice to get legal representation, but Guice claims Malofiy did not.
