Pedro Martinez threw out the ceremonial first pitch and another hometown legend took the field between innings to sing God Bless America.  Steven Tyler of Aerosmith looked and sounded ready to resume life as one of the city's music icons after several rocky months battling his way back from what some described as life threatening downward spiral of substance abuse that came to a head when he took a header off a stage last August, derailing the band's troubled tour.  As recenly as a few weeks ago it looked like his days fronting the band were done.  Not only is he back together both personally and with the band, but it appears Aerosmith will do Fenway Park concerts in August with the J.
