An electrifying film of Jimi Hendirx  culled from two 1969 concerts at Royal Albert Hall is ready for release, but won't become available until Janie Hendrix, the guitar great's stepsister, resolves a dispute with The Times of London.   The newspaper was sued for having featured segments of the concerts on a free CD it made available to readers in 2006.  A court has ruled in favor of the Hendrix estate in the matter, but it will be weeks before the case is finalized with the announcement of the settlement terms.
