Who's Next? Maybe Page for Daltrey

Amid reports Pete Townshend may hang up his guitar unless another bout with tinnitus ends soon, Roger Daltrey told the BBC that he'd love to put together a Blues Rock band with Jimmy Page.  The ringing condition that is a symptom of noise induced hearing loss that has bothered Townshend in the past returned recently, causing the guitarist to question whether he can continue to be around amplified music.  Daltrey, in an interview with BBC 6, said Page '...needs a singer to drive him', and said he'd '...love to do an album with Jimmy.Page played guitar on one song recorded during sessions for the 1973 self-titled solo debut by the Who vocalist.
