Patrons of the Tilted Kilt in Palm Desert, California got to hear what could turn out to  be the only 2010 performance of Steven Tyler backed by Aerosmith.  Tyler, reportedly undergoing substance abuse treatment at the Betty Ford Clinic in Rancho Mirage, arrived at the club accompanied by management according to The Desert Sun.  The club DJ told the paper he was warned not to approach Tyler about participating in karaoke night.  That proved unnecessary when Tyler bailed out two singers who had warned those present that their attempt at the Aerosmith song I Don't Want To Miss A Thing would 'totally suck'.  Tyler took the mic and did the song justice before making a hurried exit to get clear of the place before the crowd people in the bar had texted on their cell phones arrived.
