Two previously unreleased Jimi Hendrix concert discs drop Jan. 25. Live In Paris features material recorded in 1967 & '68. The other disc is from a concert in Ottawa in March of 1968. A more intriguing release is due in March. Valleys of Neptune will include songs recorded during the last two studio sessions the Jimi Hendrix Experience did before Jimi parted ways with Noel Redding and Mitch Mitchell. Many of the tracks, recorded at London's Olympic Studios and the Record Plant in New York City, have been available as bootlegs, but the March 8 release promises greatly improved quality of the songs, one of which is Sunshine Of Your Love, the song the other great power trio of that era, Cream, released on Disraeli Gears in November, 1967.
