Drummers converged on 10 Downing Street Saturday (1/9) to urge the British Prime Minister to step up efforts to avert another crisis in the Sudan.  Nick Mason of Pink Floyd and Stewart Copeland of the Police have joined The Sudan365, a campaign to pressure world leaders to help reverse the slide toward civil war in the Sudan.  The Drum Beat for Peace encourages drummers from countries throughout the world to join in spreading awareness about the threat by participating in a drum beat relay similar to the passing of the Olympic torch.
