ZZ Top and Emerson Lake & Palmer will be joined by Foreigner, Focus, Asia, Black Label Society and former Genesis member Steve Hackett at the High Voltage Festival in Victoria Park in London in July, 2010.  The full lineup is expected to include around 40 Rock, Progressive Rock and Metal acts.
