The home of the Kentucky Derby will host a three day music festival in July, 2010.  Churchill Downs Entertainment Group, a subsidiary of the historic thoroughbred race course in Lexington, KY, announced plans Monday (11/30) for the first HullabaLOU Music Festival July 23-25.  The event will pull together a wide open field of artists, presenting Rock, Country, Bluegrass and Pop acts on five stages within the track grounds.  Headline acts for the festival are Bon Jovi, the Dave Matthews Band and Country star Kenny Chesney.  Among the Rockers booked are the Steve Miller Band, the Doobie Brothers, the Black Crowes, Gov't Mule, Kansas, .38 Special and Steppenwolf.
