The Use It Or Lose It Tour became the Use It And Lose It Tour for Roger Daltrey, who struggled with voice trouble for a couple of nights before deciding to cancel a Baltimore show (story).  A statement on the Who web site advises fans holding tickets for that show to get refunds because Daltrey does not have time in his schedule to do a Baltimore make-up show before the tour ends and there will not be time between the final date (11/30 Clearwater, FL) and when the singer is due back in the UK. With 3 off nights between a New York Show and a Charleston, SC show, Baltimore right between the two and the date open at the venue, it will look to a lot of fans like it could have been worked in.
