Springsteen closes two year tour

An epic performance for an audience fearful it might be the last time one of the legendary live bands of all time took the stage together ended a two year tour Sunday night (11/22) in Buffalo. Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band delivered a riveting and exhilarating 3 ½ hour show at HSBC Arena, including what Bruce said would be the only performance ever of Greetings From Asbury Park NJ, his 1973 debut album.  Near midnight on an incredible night of memorable moments, Bruce waded through the crowd chanting ‘We don’t want to go home yet’ before charging back to the stage to challenge his band and the audience to keep the night going. Exhausted but eager, both the crowd and band responded until the last notes of John Fogerty’s Rocking All Over The World brought the magical night, a tour and, perhaps, a glorious chapter in rock history to an end.
