A reported attempt by the ex-wife and the son of Scott Weiland to remove one of his guitars from a Burbank, California studio resulted in an argument that police were called to quell.  TMZ says a law enforcement source tipped them to the story. According to the story, Mary Forsberg and the couple's son attempted to take the guitar from the studio when a studio employee intervened.  An argument apparently broke out between the parties and the call to the police went out.  A battle has been brewing over the estate of the former Stone Temple Pilots singer. Forsberg claims that Weiland wanted her to be his executor, not Jamie Weiland, Scott's wife at the time of his death.
