Supporters of the Light of Day benefit concert in New Jersey had every reason to expect a certain unannounced special guest to make an appearance. Bruce Springsteen has only missed 4 of the 15 annual concerts staged to raise money to combat Parkinson's Disease. Saturday night (1/17) at the Paramount Theater in Asbury Park, The Boss delivered an epic performance that went on into the wee hours of Sunday morning. Bruce joined Willie Nile, Southside Johnny Lyons, Bon Jovi guitarist Bobby Bandier and Joe Gruschecky and his Houserockers during their performances and roamed through the crowd between his stints on stage. Things didn't wrap-up until around 2am.
