Never one to rest on his laurels (whatever they are), Ringo Starr has posted a video confirming that he will have a new album out in the new year.  The former Beatle also appears to confirm in his year-end message to fans that he will spend a portion of 2015 on the road with another edition of his All Starr Band.  The as-yet untitled release will be the drummer's first album since 2012.
