Phil Rudd wants to pull out of the downward spiral his life has been on for the last few months. Talking with New Zealand One News, the drummer proclaimed, 'I'm going back to work with AC/DC and I don't care who likes it or who doesn't. I want my job back and I want my reputation back.' Rudd was being investigated for allegations he threatened to kill a man and his daughter in a phone call on September 26th. Authorities say a search of his Tauranga, NZ home on the 6th of November turned up methamphetamine and marijuana. An early charge that Rudd attempted to hire someone to do his Dirty Deed was dropped, but drug charges are still in place. As to whether he still has a place in the band, AC/DC's other members have remained non-committal up to this point.
