A limited edition release CSN&Y fans paid $558 for with a  promise of delivery within 5 weeks got delayed due to the failure of a printer to deliver their work on time, according to a suit Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young has filed against D'Andrea Graphics. The action charges the firm with '...breach of contract, intentioanl interference with contract and conversioin' according to the City News Service and also seeks punative damages.  The suit apparently is seeking reimbusement for refunds the band has paid to some 1,200 fans that pre-ordered the collection.
