In a descrption that conjures bizarre images, Richie Sambora said the solo album he is working on includes songs that sound like 'Fleetwood Mac on steroids'. No release date or title have been settled on, but Sambora has some 30 tracks under consideration for the album. As to whether and when the guitarist will rejoin Bon Jovi, neither Jon or Richie has closed the door on the prospect. Speculation about whether an incident between the two caused Sambora to quit the band has not been commented on directly by either. Richie did say that playing live with Bon Jovi had become too constricting. As he put it to Rock Radio NI, 'There wasn't enough room to improvise, to have that moment where you can actually lose yourself musically.'
