The Allman Brothers Band may continue doing occasional live concerts, but the Southern Rock institution will cease to be a regular touring band this fall. We now know when and where. The group will do make-up dates for concerts that were postponed in March due to Gregg Allman's illness on October 21, 22, 24 & 25. Tickets for those shows are sold out, but it is likely some will become available once ticket holders unable to attend the new dates opt for refunds. The final two concerts for the band are scheduled to take place October 27 & 28. The Allmans have taken the stage at the Manhattan venue 232 times since adopting the Beacon for an annual residencey in 1989.
