Co-founding Bachman-Turner Overdrive member Tim Bachman was aquitted on sexual misconduct charges in 2013. He now faces the prospect of another trial.  Bachman is accused of sexual assault and faces possible additional charges in connection with incidents that allegedly took place in the 1990's. A preliminary court appearance Tuesday (5/27) ended with Bachman being ordered to stay away from anyone under the age of 16.  The new allegations were not made by the woman that claimed she was violated by Bachman while a teen foster child in his home.  That case ended in acquittal after her testimony was found to be inconsistent.
